HRR (Homologous Recombination Repair) Somatic Gene Panel

This panel is used to analyze mutations in genes involved in the homologous recombination repair (HRR) pathway—a critical mechanism for maintaining DNA stability. Mutations in these genes are associated with increased cancer susceptibility and can predict therapeutic response to agents like PARP inhibitors and platinum-based chemotherapies.

The test is suitable for somatic (tumor tissue profiling) analysis.
