Reanalysis- Whole Exome Sequencing
Reanalysis- Whole Exome Sequencing
Exome reanalysis is a process of re-examining the raw sequencing data from an exome sequencing experiment in order to identify new or additional variants that were missed in the initial analysis. This approach is often used when there is a need to re-evaluate the clinical relevance of a particular genetic variant or when there is new information that may impact the interpretation of the variant.
This is a customised genetic test that can be ordered by a physician/healthcare provider after a preliminary diagnosis.
