Reanalysis- Whole Genome Sequencing
Reanalysis- Whole Genome Sequencing
Genome reanalysis is a process of re-examining the raw sequencing data from a whole genome sequencing experiment in order to identify new or additional genetic variants that were missed in the initial analysis. This approach is often used when there is a need to re-evaluate the clinical relevance of a particular genetic variant or when there is new information that may impact the interpretation of the variant.
This is a customised genetic test that can be ordered by a physician/healthcare provider after a preliminary diagnosis.
