Somatic Solid Tumor Panel- Liquid Biopsy

The panel performs extensive sequencing of 150 key cancer genes, enabling the detection of short variants, including single-nucleotide variants (SNVs) and insertions/deletions (Indels), as well as copy number variations (deletions and amplifications), and selected gene fusions. Focused on identifying somatic mutations—genetic changes that occur in tumor cells—the panel helps to uncover the drivers of cancer growth and metastasis. • Unlike traditional tissue biopsies, liquid biopsy requires only a blood sample, reducing patient discomfort and risk. It enables continuous monitoring of tumor dynamics and treatment response through periodic blood sampling. Offering a broad spectrum analysis of both DNA and RNA, it provides a more complete genetic profile of the tumor.
